Main Description
Gsteig bei Gstaad is a perfect example of this, the 5 chalets being set perfectly in their natural and preserved environment. Living in harmony with nature is a rare commodity in today’s world, here the future owners will be overlooking a beautiful valley surrounded by mountains and pine trees, and a river running near by, and enjoy a sunny position. The chalets are typically warm and cosy (all interior finishing’s of the buyer’s choice). Facilities include underground car park, and depending on client’s needs basement area may be used as ski room, sauna, or bedroom with en-suite bathroom. The first chalet was delivered as a double chalet in December 2008, the next delivery dates are February , April and autumn of 2009.
The village of Gsteig bei Gstaad, is currently under growing demand, as the surrounding villages to Gstaad are becoming more and more over-built, and for many of these villages their land is not de-zonable for the next 15 to 20 years. Gsteig bei Gstaad has been classified as one of the Natural Heritage villages in Switzerland. The added attraction is of course the fact that for the avid skiers we are extremely close to the Glacier 3’000m, offering skiing from end of October through to end of May, then re-opening in the summer months. Plus for those coming from Geneva or Lausanne, access is fast down the A1 motorway to Aigle and then straight up through the Diablerets, and Col du Pillon, and a direct train from Geneva Airport travels to Aigle in 1 ½ hours.
